This Half Iron Man event include the following:
1.9km Swim
90km Bike
21.1km Run
all based in the idyllic surroundings of Downings, Co. Donegal
Sponsored by Downings Bay Hotel, the Sheephaven Half is Ireland’s next big middle distance event. Held in an area of stunning natural beauty, the swim and run are both in and around Downings, allowing for a great spectator experience, whilst competitors on the bike will take in some of Donegal’s finest scenery along the Wild Atlantic Way.
